ACES and other affiliated sponsors are able to offer participants a supplemental insurance policy for trip cancellation and interruption. This coverage was secured to give confidence to our participants that their investment in the program is protected.

  • It reimburses participants for nonrefundable sponsorship, in-country agency fees and nonrefundable flight fees should you have to cancel your program for a covered reason before you leave your home country.
  • It reimburses hotel and food costs should you be required to quarantine if you were exposed to or have symptoms of COVID up to $4500.
  • It reimburses a proration of fees and change of flight costs should your program end early for a covered reason.
