This form keeps your sponsor updated on your program details. Be sure to list cultural exchange activities that you have taken part in such as concerts, tourist sites, shopping, boat tours, etc. Pictures are welcome and will be submitted into a photo contest at end of season.
If there are concerns that come up, this also offers you the opportunity to alert your sponsor of issues and concerns so that you can be assisted.
