Recruiter Application and Annual Vetting

  • Most recruiting agents use an abbreviation or acronym of their company name so that it is recognizable to their applicants. It will be included in the name of the application link. Ex. CampStaffUSA may be CSU.

  • Please provide a summary of previous experience and include types of programs, current and previous sponsor cooperation, length of cooperation, number of participants, and primary host sites.
  • Please provide a description of the challenges you have faced in the recruitment of each program and measures you have taken to resolve such issues.
  • For each program of interest indicated, pelase outline the number of participants sponsored last year and the number of participants expected for this up coming season.

  • Required Vetting Documentation

    All of the following documentation is required for proper vetting of recruiting agencies.

    1. Copy of business licensing/registration to do business.
    2. Three (3) written and verifiable business/professional references.
    3. Documentation from an authorized authority (in original and English translation) that each owner and staff member involved in the recruitment process has no criminal record.
    4. Marketing Materials (in original and English translation)
    5. Recent and notarized company financials statements.
    6. Participant/recruiter agreement/s including services provided and costs outlined (in original and English translation).
